Until the end of 2021, reseller reps can earn more for selling Code’s CortexDecoder Software. Reps will receive a percentage of Code’s Sell-To Price that corresponds to the number of years the license is for. For instance, if a rep sells a 1-year license of Cortex Decoder, they will receive 1% cash of Code’s Sell-To Price, if reps sell a 5-year license, they get 5%! In order to take advantage of this offer, reps need to either A) register their individual deals at www OR, B) opt-in as a company and send breakdown reports of the reps and deals sold.
1-year license = 1% cash of Code’s Sell-TO price
2-year license = 2% cash of Code’s Sell-TO price
3-year license = 3% cash of Code’s Sell-TO price
5-year license = 5% cash of Code’s Sell-TO price

| What do I need to do in order to be eligible for payment? | Reseller reps need to either A) Register their individual deals OR, B) Opt-in as a company and send breakdown reports of the reps and deals sold |
| How will I be paid? | Award amounts under $600 will be paid via physical check sent to the individual sales rep, all amounts over $600 will also require W-9 B |
| When will the awards be processed? | You will be paid after the promotion is complete, we expect this to be no more than around 60 days after the promo ends 9/30/2021 |

Terms & Conditions:
- No minimums amounts required, Rewards are capped at $10K per month
per sales rep - Valid in the US & Canada only
- Will be paid approximately 60 days after the end of the promotion as stated above

- Code defers to the individual reseller company's rules and requirements for permission to SPIF reseller sales representatives
