The IP (International Protection) Rating of a product is represented by two numbers. The first digit is the protection rating against solid foreign objects (i.e. dust) and the second digit represents the protection against the ingress of water. The CR900FD – the newest bar code reader from Code!

Code launched its newest bar code reader, the Code Reader™ 900FD (CR900FD) at the National Retail Federation 101st Annual Convention& Expo, in New York City, New York, January 16-17, 2012.

The CR900FD is an entry-level, area imaging bar code reader with flexible decoding capabilities. The CR900FD features full omnidirectional reading of standard 1D bar codes, and gives users the option to upgrade to 2D or stacked bar code reading at a later date with the purchase of a license key.
